After all the workouts I have tried in the past - everything from yoga to ballet to running to pole dancing (yes, pole dancing is a real fitness craze! Try it - it's pretty fun!), there is nothing better than the feeling after a good Pilates workout. Since having a personal Pilates trainer is not in my budget, I opt for DVDs produced by the incredible Queen of Pilates - Mari Winsor.
The DVD set that I currently own has an Introductory DVD, a 20-minute workout, and an advanced workout that lasts almost an hour. It has been quite some time since I've been able to get in a good advanced workout in, and wow did I feel my inflexibility! But without fail, I felt amazing when I finished. No matter how hard the workout may be, I always end up feeling so calm and stretched out. And I know I have invested a solid hour to a good fitness program. Try it for yourself!
