Challenge 1, Day 14: Two Weeks Notice

Two Weeks in!

After the weekend mishap, things are going better (minus the not working out as hard and breaking a sweat part). Eating healthy is back in and my body definitely thanks me for it!

I am so grateful that we continued working towards our fitness goals instead of throwing in the towel until Thanksgiving! Yes, we will be enjoying ourselves on Turkey Day (fingers crossed not to the point of making ourselves sick). But... at least we will only have one day of gluttony versus waiting until the Monday after Thanksgiving.
