Challenge 1, Day 15: Breaking a Sweat

Another confession: I skipped out on really good, sweat-inducing workouts lately. Thankfully, I'm back on track.

Train insane or remain the same.
After this weekend, I should have been hitting the gym even more. Instead, I went easy on my workouts and counted my long walks as my exercise for the day. So today, I decided to strap on my sneakers and break a sweat on the elliptical. Man am I happy I finally did that.

The elliptical is my friend especially when I get to do an awesome HIIT (high intensity interval training) workout. I'll be writing more about that soon!
