Sleep is such an important part of healthy living. And I am definitely feeling the damage done thanks to a few nights of restlessness and not enough sleep!

Considering how much of an effect (not affect, as my quick Google
search of the difference between affect and effect taught me) sleep has on both of us, it is surprising that getting a solid 7 hours of sleep per night was not on the rules! When I don't get enough sleep, I am a complete zombie and my workouts are awful. When Travis doesn't get enough sleep, he dozes off like no tomorrow and gets super cranky.
But live and learn, getting an adequate night's sleep can be added for our next challenge.
