We may or may not have gorged on Thanksgiving and the three days after it. We could continue on the path of least resistance, on which no workouts are done and eating of all junk food is done in unchecked amounts, at least until it is time to fulfill the New Year's Resolutions. Or we could get back on track, intensify our workouts, and eat even better.
Much to our own surprise, we have chosen the latter of the two options.
