Challenge 2, Days 13 & 14: Grilled (or Baked) Banana S'mores Recipe

We LOVE our s'mores. After all, we spent one of our first dates enjoying National S'mores Day together! Here's a healthy version we found thanks to Pinterest!

Banana s'more!


Ingredients
2 peeled bananas
4 tablespoons miniature marshmallows
4 tablespoons semi-sweet chocolate chips


Directions
Slice banana lengthwise and slightly open. Place on a rectangle of aluminum foil. Insert marshmallows and chocolate chips into the sliced banana. Wrap banana up in foil, and throw the foil wrapped banana straight on the cooking rack in a 400-degree oven for 5-6 minutes. Enjoy!
