Challenge 2, Day 24: Eating Healthy with Crazy Travel

This past week has been insanely packed with travel. Whether it be a bus ride to New York City, a drive up to Baltimore, a train ride from Baltimore and back to DC, or a few flights to get to Los Angeles, I have been on-the-go way more than I am used to. Props to the people who do this kind of thing year-round! I am exhausted!

Taking all these trips while maintaining my work schedule (albeit remotely) and making sure all my to-do lists are in order has not been easy on the diet side of things. Even though I have managed to squeeze in a workout every single day, I am literally staring at some Nabisco cookies courtesy of my Southwest flight and waiting for the perfect moment to gobble up.

There is a better way to eat well on the road, and I know that. Granted, it takes planning and effort. I'll have to be better about this next time! In the meantime, I'll enjoy reading the wisdom of the fitness sages. They have done a much better job with this type of thing than I have!
