Challenge 2, Day 25: Finally HOME!

Home sweet home! Yes, I am still working remotely during my time here. Yes, it is not quite as warm as I was envisioning it would be. Yes, I still have to do my workouts. That is all fine and dandy because we get to be with the family again!

BUT... (and there's always that little three-letter word somewhere, right?) being with the family exponentially increases the temptation to eat our hearts out. Last year, we literally ballooned because we ate out all day, every day. We stopped exercising as soon as we arrived. And we went on a cruise where food is way too abundant and easily accessible. We don't want a repeat of all of that, and we certainly do not want to end up with another seemingly great photo that we both hate since we are about 15 pounds heavier.

So, this will be our mantra for the duration of our trip.

Mantra for the next 2 1/2 weeks.
Luckily, one of my aunts lent us her Vitamix so my smoothie-making doesn't have to stop. Also, my mom has been doing so much better at keeping the eating out in check and she lost quite a bit of weight! Incredibly proud of her!

So... Let's do this!
