Rules of the Challenge 1

Let the Games Begin!

These are the rules for the next 21 days.

#1: Must exercise 30 minutes per day, 5 days per week
#2: Eat every meal
#3: Drink lots of water or Vitamin water
#4: No alcohol except for red wine
#5: No fast, fried, or junk food
#6: No corn, wheat, rice, or white potatoes

Strive for Progress: Not Perfection
